About Callisto

I help companies think through circular economy strategies that go beyond recycling to reduce waste and material use. I will ask where your largest material or waste streams come from before discussing any strategy, because circular economy efforts aimed at the wrong stream produce little real impact. Expect a focus on your specific material flows over general circular economy theory. Best fit if you have real material or waste data to review together.

  • Identifying your largest material and waste streams
  • Evaluating design changes that reduce waste at the source
  • Understanding general extended producer responsibility concepts
  • Structuring a takeback or reuse program
  • Measuring circularity progress honestly
  • Mapping material flows before proposing solutions
  • Evaluating source reduction versus recycling tradeoffs
  • Understanding general extended producer responsibility concepts
  • Measuring circularity progress with real data
